Our Code of Ethics
- 1. Our Service. We will treat our clients, contractors, suppliers & persons in general with honesty, integrity, and objectivity. We will provide our services with competence, using reasonable care, skill and diligence consistent with our client's expectations.
- 2. Representation. We will only undertake projects for which we are qualified and competent to undertake. Our representation will always be made truthfully and as accurately as possible, consistent with the information provided to us.
- 3. Standards of Practice. We will provide our services in a manner consistent with our purpose and commitment to set the highest professional standards in our industry.
- 4. Fair Competition. We will represent ourselves accurately to our prospective clients and will only take on projects that we are capable of delivering. We will develop our reputation on the basis of our capabilities and results.
- 5. Conflicts of Interest. We will avoid conflicts of interest and will disclose potential conflicts which in our opinion may impair our objectivity or integrity.
- 6. Fair Compensation. We will present quotes in a fair, reasonable and transparent manner to our clients, and will only charge fees and expenses that are reasonable and warranted, commensurate with our level of service and project risk.
- 7. Release of Information. We will only make statements that are truthful, and will keep information and records confidential when appropriate and protect the proprietary interests of our clients.
- 8. Public Welfare. We will not discriminate in the performance of our services on the basis of race, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation. We will not knowingly violate any law, statute, or regulation in the work and services we undertake.
